COS Vegan Restaurant Week is back for 2025!

Every year, starting on World Vegan Day, restaurants and food businesses from all over Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs get together to showcase the diverse and creative vegan cuisine found right here n our community to seasoned and new vegans, vegetarians, and the plant-based curious.

With as many as 20 participating restaurants, serving up everything from pizza, burgers, pasta, tacos, ice cream, and fine dining, COS Vegan Restaurant Week aims to show our local restaurants the desire for more vegan options by directly connecting them to our community.

This year’s event will be held city-wide from November 1-9. Stay tuned for this year’s lineup and offerings on this site and by following us on Instagram.
